To initiate a return:

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be credit to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Damaged and defective products replacement will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 7 hours of purchase if they have not been processed.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
